Saghar Chopan is a PhD candidate at the University of Cologne. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cologne and a second one in Conflict, Governance and Development from the University of York. She has worked for the Afghan Embassy in Berlin, UNICEF, Insurance Corporation of Afghanistan and Club de Madrid.
