Ramazan Taş is Head of Economics Department and Director of Asia-Pacific Regional Studies at Economic Social and Political Research Center (ESSAM) at Turgut Ozal University, Ankara, Turkey. He completed his undergraduate, MA and PhD studies at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, Department of Economics. His PhD dissertation was on the Chinese Economic Development Model. Dr. Taşcan speak Turkish, English, Chineese and Arabic. His recent academic studies concentrate on Innovative Economic Diplomacy of Turkey and China, Comperative Development Strategies of Turkey and China, New Dynamics of Turkish and Chineese Economies, Turkey’s Emergence as a Merit Power, Economic Dynamics of Middle East Transition, New Global Economic System.
