Michael Hochberg is a management consultant in the Global Energy & Utilities practice of PA Consulting Group, where he provides regulatory, investment and business strategy support to power sector clients including utilities and independent power producers. Prior to consulting, Michael worked at the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, where he assisted with the implementation of public policies, reporting to the state’s Secretary of Energy. Michael earned a B.A. summa cum laude from Tulane University, and was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in 2012.
