Maryam Borjian (EdD) is an Assistant Professor and Language Coordinator in the Department of African, Middle Eastern, and South Asian Languages and Literatures at Rutgers, New Jersey State University. Her research interests are in the areas of TESOL/Applied Linguistics, Teacher Education, and Teaching English and Less Commonly Taught Languages to Speakers of Other Languages.
