Khaled Dawoud

Khaled Dawoud is currently Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Al-Ahram Weekly, an English language weekly, and adjunct professor of journalism at the American University in Cairo (AUC). He is the former president of the social-liberal Al-Dostour Party, established in 2012 by Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Mohamed El-Baradei in the wake of Egypt’s 25 January Revolution. Dawoud is also an opinion writer at several local news websites, and a political analyst for Arab and international television channels on Egyptian and Arab affairs.
