John Moore is director of Aramco Services Company’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to taking up this position in 2008, he served for more than 15 years in government affairs at Aramco Services Company.
Earlier in his career, he was an oil market analyst for Transworld Oil. For six years he was an international economist with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of International Affairs. Mr. Moore was educated at Oregon State University and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
